What I wouldn’t give to come “home” to a “normal” family, with a mom and a dad. I admire my mom for all that she has given up for our family and the sacrifices she’s made for us. I am eternally grateful for her strength and that through everything, she has been able to keep her head high through all the battles she’s gone through. After all of that, however, sometimes I wish everything wasn’t do dysfunctional all the time.
